U S E S :

𝟏 skin support — reduces the appearance of blemishes and supports aging skin. Skincare Tip: add a few drops to your moisturizer or face oil for a more youthful complexion. Or apply “neat” (undiluted) directly to blemish.

B O N U S — add a drop to mascara for lengthening and strengthening lashes

𝟐 skin support pt. 2 — cleanses and soothes minor skin irritation. Also, soothing to stomach during pregnancy/labor contractions. ◌

𝟑 sleep support — add to bedtime routine by rubbing it on the bottoms of your feet. For little ones, place one drop in a splash of coconut oil in the palm of your hand and massage bottoms of feet. Diffuse next to bed for calming sleep environment. (The key to our girls’ bedtime routine!)

𝟒 grounding — promotes feelings of calm and fights occasional nervous tension. Add 4 drops of Lavender and 1 cup of Epsom salt to a bath to create a relaxing environment.
